Description
Nothing tastes better on a freshly grilled rump steak than a little herb butter. With the Ankerkraut "Herbal Butter Mix" spice mix you can easily create a wonderful herbal butter that enhances your finished products. The preparation is very simple: let the butter warm up to room temperature heat mix in the seasoning to taste. For 100g butter, you can expect to use about a teaspoon of spice. If you are not so "herbaceous", use less seasoning and add a little salt. Gourmets even add a few fresh herbs and chopped onions or some fresh garlic to the mix.
