"Aglio e Olio e Peperoncino" is the sharp variation of our "Garlic and oil spice mixture". It originates from Abruzzo, where people like to eat a little spicier. This dish is easy to prepare, you just have to heat up some olive oil, fry the spice mixture briefly and then add the cooked pasta. Made WITHOUT SALT, so you must add salt as desired.
