Ankerkraut BBQ Rub "Smoking Zeus"

Ankerkraut's "Smoking Zeus" is a Greek BBQ Rub that you can use for grilling and for the preparation of gyros. Cut Gyros meat (eg pork) into small pieces and mix with a little oil and a good amount of the Gyro spice. Then store overnight in a freezer bag in the refrigerator and fry. Gyros skewers can also be prepared very simply with this Greek Rub, simply pull the marinated meat and the desired vegetables (for example, peppers, onion, mushrooms and zucchini) onto a skewer and grill or fry.
